Job Summary

We are looking for a Principal Engineer / Tech Lead who doesn’t just manage code but builds architecture, defines technical direction, and fosters an engineering culture. This role is for a leader who operates at the intersection of business and technology, understanding how IT decisions impact the product and company growth.

We need someone who can:

• Design and develop the architecture of backend systems with future scalability in mind.
• Lead a team of engineers, supporting code review and implementing best development practices.
• Ensure the stability of backend services, including monitoring, maintenance, and security.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, understanding business goals and providing optimal technical solutions.
• Quickly adapt to new technologies and tech stacks (our stack includes TypeScript, but we are tech-agnostic).
• Automate deployment and infrastructure processes with a solid understanding of DevOps methodologies.
• Establish CI/CD and testing workflows to maintain high-quality, reliable code.
• Ensure security and data protection, minimizing the risk of breaches or data leaks.

What You’ll Do:

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Develop and evolve the backend architecture of the system.
• Make key architectural decisions (service decomposition, load balancing, caching strategies, etc.).
• Define technical strategies aligned with business growth.

Development, Deployment & Maintenance

• Maintain high-quality code standards (code review, best practices, unit and integration testing).
• Automate CI/CD processes and improve deployment workflows.
